It does not replace the different front hub used on 2WD / RWD Rangers.

Ford 2WD / RWD models use a different OE hub configuration, including KB3Z-1109-A.

Ford specifies installing a new wheel hub nut after removal.

Wheel Hub-to-Steering Knuckle Bolts

129 lb-ft (175 Nm)

Torque the four hub mounting bolts evenly in a cross pattern.

Front Brake Caliper Anchor Plate Bolts
